Victoria Beckham S/S 11

It's that time of year again...Fashion Week, and to kick things off Victoria Beckham showcased her spring summer 2011 collection at a breakfast presentation in New York. All's well for the singer come fashion designer as she was recently nominated for the best designer brand award at the British Fashion Awards, and now her SS/11 collection received an amazing reception and fabulous reviews!

Even after the huge success with Victoria's first collection I still felt like people were doubting her designer talents, but once again VB has proved she more than deserves her recent nomination and numerous celebrity fans, including Eva Longoria, Blake Lively, Nicole Scherzinger and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Victoria showcased 25 pieces, describing the collection as a celebration of the womanly body, stating 'It's all about shapes and curves.' which showed in the number of added waist accessories including chain and ribboned belts. The collection focused on structured garments with added detail and texture including studs, beads and bows, on a range of fabrics from structured to draped, in nudes to metallics. VB has hit all the right trends!

The designer reportedly owns 100 Hermes Birkin bags, so it didn't come as a shock that she has now designed her own bags in this latest collection. The bag collection included an extremely large black travel bag, clutches, shoulder bags and the one that's got everyone talking 'The Victoria.'

Models wore a purple smoky eye along with Brian Atwood rose gold courts which had been specially designed to match Victoria's gold Rolex watch given to her by David for her 36th birthday. Lucky lucky girl!
