The Hills Finale!

So last week premiered The Hills season six finale and the last ever episode! If your a hills addict like me you'll be SOOO gutted the series is over, even if they did show the programme wasn't completely real...I still like to pretend it was! And of course with the show ending there HAD to be a finale party where the fashionistas could get together and battle for young Hollywood's best dressed!

The cast celebrated with a live after show bash at the Roosevelt Hotel.

Lets start with the original cast member.. L.C! Was anyone else completely gutted she wasn't in the last episode? She started the programme! I really expected both Lauren and Heidi to be a main part of the finale! Can you tell she's my fave?
Lauren Conrad wore a gold and khaki, long sleeved sequinned embellished mini by Mandalay. I LOVE this dress, the colours are bang on trend for S/S, and the style and fit suits her figure perfectly. Lauren's hair is now a slightly darker blonde than she had during the series, and is two-toned with lighter ends. Her hair was worn in a loose ponytail slightly quiffed at the front. Lauren kept her accessories and make-up very simple. She accessorised with nude suede heels, and a few gold rings, and kept her make-up very fresh, with coral blusher, eye-liner and nude lips, and of course a glowing California tan.

Lo Bosworth (in my opinion one of the best dressed for this occasion) also opted for neutral tones and went for a Tadashi Shoji nude fringed halter-neck. This dress is hitting all the right trends for S/S being nude, fringed and layered. Lo accessorised with gold statement earings, gold bangles and a gold box clutch. I love these accessories, gold matches the nude dress perfectly, and with the dress not being so fussy she can get away with the statement jewellery. I'm also loving Lo's metallic strappy Louboutins, the colour works so well with the dress and jewellery and well..you can never go wrong with classic Louboutins! Lo showed off two of this years biggest hair trends, the quiff and the loose up do, and was also opting for a more simple make-up look. Lo wore neutral toned eye shadows, with accentuated lashes, highlighted cheeks and soft mauve lips.

Another Hills starlet opting for neutral was Kristin Cavallari wearing Zuhair Murad's crystal embellished one shoulder mini. I am in love with this dress, the sequinned, ruched, and lace detailing is gorgeous, it's elegant yet age appropriate. However I have to admit there is nothing I am loving about Kristin's accessories. The chunky clutch draws too much attention away from the dress, a much smaller clutch, like Lo's box clutch would of worked a lot better. I also just do not get why she paired a nude dress and gold bag with silver heels? I know the dress has some silver embellishment but she should have either worn gold shoes with the gold clutch or silver shoes with a silver clutch! I like that Kristin kept her hair fairly simple as there's so much going on with the dress, she opted for a styled blow dry with loose curled ends. Another one to go for neutral toned eye shadows Kristin chose a soft pearly colour for around the tear ducts blended outwards with golds and brown. Her cheeks were bronzed and highlighted and lips were nude and heavily glossed.

Making sure all eyes were on her, Audrina showed up in a very revealing purple cut-out mini. This dress is perfect for Audrina to make sure she kept herself noticed as it shows off her ridiculously toned body. She kept her accessories very simple with a white clutch and diamond bangles paired with black suede peep-toes. I love her choice of nail colour, the white really stands out against the bright purple. After recently gradually getting lighter locks, Audrina opted to show them off with old-style Hollywood curls. Her choice of make-up shows off her dark glowing tan, as she chose to make her eyes the main focus with long thick lashes, rimmed with brown eye-liner and gold eye-shadow.

Stephanie Pratt wore a blue strapless Herve Leger bodycon mini. I think Steph changed the most throughout the series, and is definitely looking at her very best right now.
Steph accessorised with a single gold bangle and super high black sling backs. With her having no bag I think it would of been nice to wear more jewellery, maybe a chunky black ring. Steph showed off her slightly lighter locks by wearing it poker straight. She opted for a foundation with a dewy finish, and chose several shades of blue eye-shadow to match her dress. I am loving bright eye shadows at the moment and blue is definatly one of my favourites, Steph pulls of this look so well!

The City star Whitney Port stuck with her usual look, a floaty bold printed dress. The dress is by Matthew Williamson, one of my favourite designers. The cut-out detailing and bubble hem is so pretty and shows off Whitney's never ending legs! As for the choice of shoes, I'm still unsure, but Whitney always adds her own quirky style. Accessories were fairly simple, Whitney wore statement earings,a chunky watch, bracelet and ring. Whitney also stuck to her usual hair style, long golden messy waves, with one side pushed behind the ear. Although its a simple look, most people would kill to have hair that long and that thick, so why not show it off? Whitney stuck to her barely there make-up, with a single coat of mascara and rosy cheeks.

Who do you think looked their best? I'm sticking with my all time favourite..L.C!
